Return & Refund Policy for Sportz Next

1. General Policy

  • We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed, and the product is sent by granting access.

 

2. Exceptions

  • Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues preventing access to the course content, Sportz Next may provide a refund or alternative solution at its sole discretion.
  • Misrepresentation: If the course description or content is materially misrepresented, Sportz Next may consider a refund or adjustment.

 

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support within 05 days of purchase.
  • We will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.

 

4. No Refunds for Partial Completion

  • Refunds will not be provided for courses that have been partially completed, even if the student is dissatisfied with the content.

 

5. Transfer of Courses

  • Courses are non-transferable. They cannot be shared or sold to others.
